Crop-A-Roo FAQ’s
What should I pack?
Do I need to bring any additional money?
Our packages include the basics you will need for your cropping weekend. We recommend you bring a credit or debit card for any addition purchases. We may provide supply, kit and novelty items to you for sale. Additional classes and spa services may be offered as Well. We recommend these be booked at the time of registration. Classes tend to fill fast and may not be available for sign up during the event.
Can my friends and I reserve space next to each other?
Absolutely! When registering, please specify who you would like to be next to. Your friends should specify as well.
Can I leave my things at my cropping table overnight?
Of course you may leave your personal items at your work table throughout your stay, but use discretion. There is hotel security, but there is no real way to monitor your items at all times. Leave your items at your own risk when you leave at any time. The Hotel & Crop-A-Roo are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
How big will my cropping space be?
We are proud to offer a full table (6’X18") or larger to each attendee. This is our standard unless otherwise noted in the package.
Are children allowed at the event?
Of course you may bring your children with you but they are not allowed in the cropping room. This is not only for their safety, but for the consideration of others. A lot of our attendees choose to leave their children at home to treat themselves to an adult “me” weekend.
Can I bring my husband?
Heck no! :) - just kidding! Of course you may bring whomever you like. We welcome non-cropping guests. Most of our hotels offer other recreational activities for spouses and other non-cropping guest to do while you are busy in the cropping room. See hotel links for additional information. Any additional fees incurred will be your responsibility.
